After your photo day is complete, our team of skilled designers will get to work on creating your design led school photos. We aim for these to be ready to view around a week after the photo day.
Below is some information for schools and parents about what happens when the photographs are ready:
Option 1: We will provide the school with a spreadsheet which contains a unique access code for each parent to view and order their photographs on our parent portal. The school will pass these onto the parents.
Option 2: We will send unique access codes to our parent portal directly to the parents via SMS or email for them to view and order their photographs.
You will receive a unique access code to view and order your child's photos from our parent portal. This will be sent either directly from the school or by us via SMS or email*.
You will then have a 2 week window to order for FREE school delivery, it will take approximately one week for the school to receive the photos. After two weeks, you can only order for home delivery - this will incur a delivery cost.
*The nature of hosting a photography session will require us to collect some information in advance of the photoshoot to maximise safety of the photographs, especially those of children. For this reason we will ask for your contact information to be supplied in advance of a photoshoot by the school.
